Rick Holland is a seasoned financial professional dedicated to helping clients define and pursue their financial goals through customized strategies that fit each unique economic situation. With over a decade of experience in financial services, Rick leverages his comprehensive expertise in budgeting, retirement planning, tax optimization, and investment management. Rick’s career path reflects a diverse background: from his early days as an ocean lifeguard, ensuring the safety of beachgoers, to his role as an auditor on environmental projects with the California EPA, and a professional soccer coach before transitioning fully to financial planning. His financial industry experience spans securities trading, insurance, estate planning, and comprehensive financial planning, equipping him with the insight needed to guide clients through various stages of their financial journeys.

Rick earned his Bachelor’s in Environmental Science, with minors in Geology and Finance from Principia College.  An active member of his Boulder, Colorado community, he coaches soccer at Boulder High School, volunteers with Boulder Community Cycles, and mentors young athletes through Albion club soccer recreation programs.

Rick balances his career with a passion for the outdoors. He enjoys playing soccer, camping, fly fishing, gravel and mountain biking, skiing, and snowboarding. Rick, his wife Daisy, and their three adventurous boys share a love for travel and the great outdoors.
